1. What kind of quality can I expect from Yuppie Island?
You can expect the best! All of our ties are hand tailored using 100% silk. Plus, our ties look and feel thick so that they lay and wear nicely.

2. Are the ties all the same size?
Yes.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
You do not need it as our ties come to you in a hand-crafted wooden box with a black velvet lining that is absolutely top-of-the line.

4. What if I want to buy several ties of the same design?
Great, we can work with you to accommodate large orders as we often supply ties for family photos, weddings, and organizations. Just contact us with your information.

5. Is Yuppie Island only a men's line?
No. We are currently designing a women's line. Stay tuned!

6. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, please contact us with your information.

7. Will my order be subject to tax?
Orders shipped within Texas will be assessed Texas state sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Texas will not be assessed sales tax.

8. When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following Monday or the day after the holiday. Please contact us if you need special arrangements.

9. What carrier does Yuppie Island use?
Yuppie Island uses the United States Postal Service. (We do not currently ship outside of the United States.)

10. How much is shipping?
We make shipping easy!

2 ties or more- FREE to anywhere in the United States

11. Does Yuppie Island have a return policy?
We will accept returns for a full refund up to 25 days after the date of purchase. The returns must be unworn and postmarked within 25 days of purchase.

Please include the purchaser's name and address with the return. The purchaser will receive a full refund on the card used in the purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate in the amount of the gift.
